Account Deletion Request
If you wish to permanently delete your Swizzle game account and associated data, please complete the form below or contact our support team.
What data will be deleted:
- Player profile credentials (Email, Username, Linked Social logins)
- Saved game progress, levels, and achievements
- Leaderboard entries and match statistics
- Unspent in-game currency or virtual items
Data retention notice: Transaction records for in-app purchases may be retained for up to 90 days strictly for legal, fraud prevention, and tax compliance obligations.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your game progress cannot be restored.
Step 2: Add a Form Block or Plugin
Google and Apple require a simple way for users to submit their request. You can use any standard free form plugin (such as WPForms, Fluent Forms, or Contact Form 7):
- Create a simple form with 2 fields:
- Swizzle Email / User ID (Required)
- Reason for Deletion (Optional)
- Embed the form block directly under the text on your page.
- Configure the form notification settings so that submissions go directly to your support email (e.g.,
support@yourdomain.com).
